Plugin Licensing & Usage
The Users Insights plugin is released under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later. The plugin purchase includes a license key to be used for updates and support. Standard licenses include one year of free updates for one site. Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
Warranty
We are providing this service on an “as is, as available” basis WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not guarantee as to the continuous availability of the service or of any specific feature(s) of the service. We do not represent or warrant that (a) the use of the Services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted or error-free or operate in combination with any other hardware, software, system or data, (b) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations (c) errors or defects will be corrected, or (d) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
In addition to the above disclosure, Users Insights is licensed under The GNU General Public License; Version 2 (v2). For the developers’ and authors’ protection, the GPL also clearly explains that there is no warranty explicitly implied for the use of Users Insights or it’s derivatives.

Price, License and Subscription Changes
We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

If the plugin doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll provide a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your purchase. The money back guarantee is limited to one license per customer.
We may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of product(s) from us. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to product updates, promotions and the like. You may opt out of these emails at any time without penalty.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
